Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “Everything was good except the rack didn’t come with bolts which is big inconvenience for me. I emailed you and was told if you had some bolts you would send them to me for free. Not helpful, I now have to drive an hour to the hardware shop or wait till I’m in town again. People should be informed of this before purchasing your product.”

“My bike's charger went on the blink recently so I sent in my daughter with both the charger and battery to make sure that it wasn't the battery causing problems, and they were able to confirm that it was only the charger needing replacement.”

“The rear brake kit for NCM Aspen+ had all components including left hand brake lever - except the hydraulic tube was not long enough to reach the rear hub. It was only long enough for the front brake hub. I'm waiting for a hydraulic tube of the correct length. The rear brake on gravel surfaces is more important than the front brake!”
