The brake pads were as expected and worked very well - no complaints. I am very disappointed at the packaging. 4 small disc pads were sent in a substantial cardboard box, packed with polystyrene fingers; when received, the pads were sitting in the bottom of the box below the polystyrene, so it was completely ineffective as a shock absorbing material and unnecessary. It would have been much more environmentally friendly had they been posted in a Jiffy Bag - this would have also been far more effective at protecting the fibre surfaces. You really need to reconsider your packaging in the context of the environment.
