Leon’s cycle is by far the best bike store I have ever came across , when I originally order my NCM Moscow bike it was sent within 10 days the packaging was so professional but I didn’t know how to build the bike but there team was so helpful that helped me build my bike , but after 9 months I had battery problem I explained them the problem and there u go 10 days later new battery arrives in my mail they we’re so easy with the process but unfortunately the new battery that arrives wasn’t working properly no problems they sent me another battery great experience, I have used few bike stores before but Leon’s is the perfect example of great customer service I would highly recommend this shop for any bike purchase they are great team .
