Within 4 months of buying my brand new bike, a spoke broke from my rear wheel !!?! Hating been so careful & gentle riding it. They have sent me 2 spokes in the mail. The bike is in the repair shop & I have to pay the repair fee !!?! What about the guarantee ? The local shop says it may happen again if the spokes are poor quality?! Time will tell. Lucky I heard the noise & walked home, or else the wheel would've bent..... what happened to the 2 years guarantee & the repair fee U have to pay.
