I bought a conversion kit for my bicycle last year from Shane at Leon Cycle Support. Before deciding to make the purchase, Shane politely and carefully answered all of my questions. He gave honest advice. I am extremely satisfied with way that the conversion kit has transformed my ride. I get far more exercise now than before, because the motor has so much torque it pulls like a freight train up the hills. Quite amazing for a street legal device. Recently I had a problem with a display. I contacted Shane to explain the problem. He went above and beyond my expectations to sort the problem out. An exact replacement wasn't available due to supply shortages, so he sent out a temporary unit to hold things over until the part became available. Ultimately he was able to source the part through a colleague. It was sent by courier as soon as he got it. Excellent service, Shane. Thank you for doing your job so well.
