5 stars, when the part finally became available after 8 months, the service was then great. I would just like to point out a small de sign flaw in the Moscow bike. The kick stand became loose so I tightened it up, only to find the main cable to the motor had slipped under the bottom plate of the stand as it became loose. This is not visible unless you turn the bike upside down. On tightening the stand it shorted out the wires & blew the controller.
