Overall I had a good experience, staff was friendly and efficient.The bike is comfy and solid, battery around the 100km as mentioned.
But I only used my bike twice and the front brakes pads are very noisy and not smooth. I took a day off to bring it back to the shop for a check but they couldn't fix the issue as it was the same with all the bikes. Since I brought it back it is getting worst so much that I am only using the rear brakes. I will keep using it but disappointed of the quality of some parts.
