Everything was good except the rack didn’t come with bolts which is big inconvenience for me.
I emailed you and was told if you had some bolts you would send them to me for free. Not helpful, I now have to drive an hour to the hardware shop or wait till I’m in town again.
People should be informed of this before purchasing your product.
