I needed a new battery for a very old e-bike and found one that I thought might be suitable on the Leon Cycle website. I contacted Leon Cycle and they were very helpful. I ordered the battery and it came reasonably quickly, delivered to my door. The rear light that was integral to the battery did not work. I contacted Leon Cycle about how to open the AA battery compartment for the rear light - they were very prompt in replying, even though it was a public holiday! The AA batteries and terminals inside were coroded. However, after I cleaned the terminals and put in new AA batteries, everything worked OK. (I figured that it wasn't worth the postage, time or fossil fuel required to send the Bike Battery back because of a bit of corrosion - but perhaps in future the staff posting out that model of battery could check the rear light AA batteries, and do any necessary repairs and replacements, before they send the unit to the buyer).
