I bought a finally received delivery of a new bedroom set on Saturday past. After a botched delivery i received a request to review my delivery experience after which i sent a weak response and within 30 seconds of sending the review I was contacted by Frank the delivery Manager who was completely professional in dealing with my complaint. He immediately send another crew over to rectify my problem. I must give a 5 star review to Leons for immediately dealing with my issue, but most of all PROPS to Frank and Nakulesh (driver) for dealing with my issues in the most professional and proficient manner.
