Waited 4 months for delivery, when the furniture arrived the delivery crew refused to carry dresser up the single flight of stairs at my elderly mothers house and left it in the hallway blocking her closets. She didn’t know any better and said “ok”. Had I been there I would have told them to take it all back. Way to treat the elderly. If two young men say it’s too heavy how are we supposed to figure this out? I have an arm injury and my mother is elderly, now we are left on our own by Leon’s to figure out.
