Worst customer service. For heaven sake, please don’t buy from this shop. I purchased a dining set on June 20 for 2000 dollars and when they delivered the product, We got to know that one of the chair was damaged and we raised a ticket for chair replacement. We tried calling them ( 12 to 15 calls) and we also visited the shop 3 times but no positive response. Now it’s been 5months still we are waiting for the chair replacement .We also added a 5 year protection plan along with the purchase but they are not willing to extend that not even for 2 months.
