I purchased a dinning set online. I phoned the location at Sheppard and McLevin in Scarborough and left a message for a representative to call me back. A fine young gentleman by the name of Jaz returned my call. He was outstanding in his customer service skills. His polite manner and his willingness to help compels me to make more purchases.
