We bought 2 recliners, we loved them. After about 4 months they had warped/bent backs and the stuffing was so compressed they were uncomfortable. One was sent back for repair, repaired brought back in worse shape due to just bad workmanship. The second was pickup for repair and returned. It was good un
til 4 days later when the new stuffing started falling out. The first chair is back in the store for more repair. We are done with the incompetence of the manager and technician. We are going to take them to small claims court. It is absolutely ridiculous!
