Received a new Tv and soon as we plugged it we realized the screen was cracked. Their customer service was horrible, calling and calling and finally they returned our call. Their response was it was working when it left the warehouse. We got lucky they did take the TV back but maybe it was like 15 min after we received it! We ended up with a smaller TV AFTER ALL. They also said they would pick it up and return another one but that would take three weeks. Please don’t buy from Leon’s!
