The absolute WORST customer service ever! Paid so much for warranty, had an issue with my couch within 2 weeks called for warranty they denied because they said it’s normal wear and tear. Sure maybe after 2 years not 2 weeks.
They never answer the phones, don’t answer emails. Had to go in person to the store to communicate
