If they have the item in stock, they deliver it ok. If they don't, you better cancel the order and take your money back.
We ordered a couch and a loveseat on December 6th last year. The couch was in stock, but we found out after a few calls to ask the order status. They intended to deliver them both together when the loveseat would arrive from ... the moon.
At our request they shipped the couch. It's now February and for the loveseat we are still waiting. At our last call their representative hung up.
We will probably cancel the rest of the order.
