I purchased a 82” tv three years ago it broke down so I called Leon’s as I got the extended warranty. They helped me out gave me phone number of warranty company,so I called them. It took a bit then they sent a credit to Leon’s for the total amount I paid for it. I then ordered a 85” th with full array what a picture. This is the best tv I have ever had,I really like Sony Bravia TVs this is my fifth,one. The salesman Rob C was amazing he answered all my questions about 85 “ tv showed me the full array option,and explained all about the tv to me. I have had 15 heart attacks and is hard for me to understand,but Rob knew his stuff and made me feel good. So many people say not to buy from Leon’s but I have for thirty years and am very happy with this company,they have done me no harm every transaction has been fantastic. I even spoke to the general manager great guy too. Sarnia has a great team of associates and they did not pressure me at all,they were helpful and pleasant. The other thing too I bought the warranty again for this tv now if you do not use the warranty you get store credit for the amount you paid for warranty,this is unbelievable, buy your stuff from Leon’s purchase warranty and you are fully covered. Thank you LEONS.
