Leon's will not refund us for a defective metal bed frame - two metal holes fractured and the bed collapsed. We tried to return it 8 weeks after purchase; they say that's too late and gave other excuses as well. I tried to explain why it was 8 weeks; there is serious illness in the family. However, I believe that when a product is defective, a reputable store should refund. We did not just change our minds. The frame is junk and they should stand behind their products. The warehouse manager said he would call back, but of course, has not. No help on their website 'Customer Care' page either. They simply ignore customers, hoping you'll give up.
