Everything is great when they sell you something, but if you have any issues, good luck talking to their customer service and getting an effective resolution in a timely manner.
I suspect their warranty program is treated in a similar way. It seems they normally don't ship on time and will make you run around, waste your time. The way they handle buying customer concerns after purchase is truly atrocious.
