Pathetic response from Kelowna Leon's regarding our complaint on a table lamp shade that they attached an unremovable plastic sales price holder on. It is impossible to remove this without destroying the shade but their customer service manager accused us of lying and being abusive on our recorded call for compensation.
Not the Leon's I remember and not the Leon's I will purchase anything else from !!!
