We purchased a three-seater sofa from Leon’s about five months ago. Upon delivery, we noticed that the middle section was noticeably lower than the sides, and there were two scratches on the surface.
We reported the issue and two inspectors from Leon’s came and confirmed that the sofa should be replaced. After months of waiting, a delivery truck finally arrived — but the driver briefly looked at the sofa and said it was fine, even claiming the replacement might be worse. He then left without completing the exchange.
It is disappointing that a truck driver could override a decision made by Leon’s own experts. We expected better service and respect for our time and purchase.
