I am so disappointed with the extremely poor customer service from Leon’s Only half of our couch was delivered today and the delivery men said the other half would be coming from a different store. Strange but ok— also the delivery men were rough and rude and didn’t even attempt to take off their shoes or wear booties! After a few hours, I called the store to inquire when we were to receive the second half and they had no idea what I was talking about. She said she would look into it and call me back and I never heard back from her. I called her back a few hours later and she said she hadn’t heard back from the warehouse manager. I explained to her that we had drained our fish tank in preparation for this delivery, and my fish were going to die if we were to leave it for much longer and I needed to know when the rest was being delivered. As well we were expecting guests that weekend that we planned around the delivery date. Since the warehouse manager wasn’t Responding we asked the general manager to call us back and he explained they didn’t know where the rest of it was and he’d get to the bottom of it. As the end of the day approached, I called the store and lo and behold—The manager had left without returning our phone call and explaining if and when and where the rest of our couch was! I am thoroughly disappointed with the accountability and customer service from Burlington Leon’s store!
