I purchased outdoor furniture from Leons Furniture back in April, and while the set itself looked nice, it arrived with missing pillows. Since then, I’ve made multiple phone calls trying to resolve the issue, but months later — now at the end of July — I still haven’t received the missing items that I paid for.
The lack of follow-up and accountability has been really frustrating. I expected better customer service, especially after spending a significant amount on the furniture. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Leon’s Furniture based on this experience.
