I would strongly suggest to refrain from purchasing from this company. I have had the worse customer service experience and worse product I ever purchased in all my years as a consumer. I purchased 2 couches from this location. One being brand new and one "as is" in which the "as is" ended up being a far better product/purchase. Not only do they not inform you that no matter the circumstances the product cannot be returned but better yet the assistance is unobtainable should there be any issues with the received product. I have countless months of emails with no response. I have had 2 calls with head office which assured me a call from the store manager which I have yet to receive to this day! As I am now almost reaching the 3 month mark on this purchase I am being advised that a "hole" which has been now glued is acceptable by manufacturing standard, let me add that the technician even stated it will not hold and will over time enlarge. My other option was to have a patch placed which is on the front of the couch but in a difficult area so could not guarantee nice results. Who wants to purchase a couch and have a "patch" visible on a 2 thousand dollar purchase. The burn mark is also apparently acceptable and what ever it is that been left within the fabric on the back rest. As the the technician its "too big of a job" as he would have be required to remove the entire fabric to locate and remove what ever it is that been left behind in the fabric causing it to be all bumpy. They are "ordering" after 3 months a new entire section of back rest cushions as the cushions wont even zip up as they don't even line up and I am supposed to go pick it up upon arrival. I have also experienced damages to my resident upon delivery. Of course I was the last of the day and as I understand they wanted to complete their day but despite my efforts of informing them how to work around the space and that they needed to take their time as it was a tight fit, they did not listen and rushed causing damages to my baseboards and walls as well as the ceiling. I have attached only some of the images and I can assure you that this is quite upsetting as this condo was just newly renovated. I was informed through the warehouse manager upon speaking with them that the investigation process for the damages would involve them speaking to the delivery team and taking a statement regarding the damages sustained but the worse part is they kindly shared with me that it would require to taken directly out of their pay! Under no circumstances should the drivers be responsible to pay and what chance do any of us have really if this is the case? I do not believe I need to say anymore on this subject. Good luck! To this day there is still nothing being addressed regarding this matter. There is 0 accountability, communication nor resolution with this company just a lot of empty promises if you are not simply ignored. I am a single mother and I can assure you that I am so devastated from this experience. Allow me to save you some grief and do not purchase from this retailer.
