We purchased a three-piece sofa set. The single sofa came okay, the loveseat came with one recliner motor dead, and the three-seat sofa came crooked: the right seat is on an angle, and there is a big gap between it and the rest (about 1.5"). So the Leon's sent two technicians, and the motor on the loveseat was replaced. The three-seat sofa was replaced. The new one we got was even worse than the first one, plus the motor sounds like it's about to die. The technician came again, and they sent a replacement sofa. Just this time the delivery guys checked it on the driveway and found it was worse than the other two sofas, so they didn't even bother to bring it in. They took it back. The forth sofa has been send and replaced and it has the same defect as others. Another thing, when we bought this set, the salesperson sold us a warranty that doesn't exist. The warranty was for the fabric after treatment, but later we figured out that they don't do the treatment for this type of fabric, so we had to fight with them to cancel the warranty. Now we are going through a long process to cancel these purchases. So after two month they finally refund the money and took back the sofas. The bottom line is the quality is really bad. What you see is not what you get.
