A pior experiência de sempre. Nada além de mentiras e promessas. Estou esperando há um mês por uma pia e azulejos de reposição para terminar meu banheiro e eles continuam me adiando. Quer um reembolso? boa sorte! Acabei de descobrir que meu primeiro reembolso (eles me cobraram duas vezes por uma torneira) ainda não foi processado. Então eu tenho uma torneira, sem pia, sem reembolso e sem vidro para o chuveiro e AINDA esperando os azulejos de reposição. Atendimento ao cliente realmente péssimo porque você tem que passar por uma central telefônica e ser cortado duas em cada três vezes. Nenhum número ou serviço local. Estou na loja de Santos. POR FAVOR compre em qualquer outro lugar, a menos que você possa levá-lo com você. The absolute worst experience ever. Nothing but lies and promises. I have been waiting for a month for a sink and replacement tiles to finish my bathroom and they just keep putting me off. Want a refund? good luck! Just found out that my first refund ( They charged me twice for a faucet) still hasn't been processed. So I have one faucet, no sink, no refund and no glass for the shower and STILL waiting for the replacement tiles. Really terrible customer service because you have to go through a switchboard and get cut off two times out of three. No local numbers or service. I am at the Santos store. PLEASE shop anywhere else unless you can take it with you.
