Craig Stemp The most ignorant unsympathetic person. Should not work in customer service! This company refused to give me my deposit back even though they had to cancel due to covid! But still claimed it was non refundable. Said they had incurred admin charges and parking charges, which I later got confirmation of parking charges refunded to them! They used this pandemic to see fit to keep people’s money even though they wasn’t providing a service!! I was told by Craig Stemp, to take whatever steps I deemed necessary and that under no circumstance would he refund! So I took it further and I won! So up yours Book N Go, never will I be your victim again, it’s only fair to write this honest review to warn others. Ive since found and booked with an amazing coach company! Be warned guys, a National pandemic is not in there standard terms and conditions but yet everytime I said why won’t you refund me? They said refer to our standard terms and conditions! Well done you win the award for The worst customer service in 2020!! You will find all previous reviews are Pre covid! So wondering if there were any other victims post covid?
