Stick with it. Initially the pillow seems a bit hard but you soon get used to it. I have always had a problem getting my head in a comfortable position. Ear wrong, too low, too high. This new pillow is a fixed height which is jest right for me and easily raises by putting a slim pillow below. I find myself going to sleep very quickly as no moving head about, fluffing up pillow etc. just sleep.
