Since getting my Levitex pillow my sleep quality has improved massively. I feel much more refreshed in the morning and am getting much more deep sleep (according to FitBit). I also train 3-4 times a week and used to feel misaligned on some exercises. My posture now feels a million times better too. Going to invest in a mattress next!
