I have been using the pillow for about a month now. At first it felt a bit too firm, then within a few days I think I must have got used to it as I love it now. When I went away recently I couldn't cope with the hotel pillows, it felt like my neck was all wrong, so I will be taking my pillow with me next time. One small caveat, the cover that comes with it is a bit tough to get on and off, but I just popped another pillowcase on and will be washing that instead.
