I think this might be a Marmite pillow. I bought it for my husband in the hope it might improve his sleeping position and reduce the snoring. Sadly he hated it! After two nights of broken sleep he gave up and refused to use it any more - it was "too hard and too high". I emailed Levitex about this and they wanted to set up a Zoom video to talk through using the pillow. My husband wasn't interested in doing that but I hate a pillow to go to waste. I'm not sure what they do with returned pillows, so I offered it to my son, who normally sleeps on two pillows together. Luckily, he is really happy with it. So think long and hard before you go for one of these pillows. I took a leap of faith that it could be returned if it didn't work out, but wasn't expecting to have to go through a Zoom discussion to get there.
