Following a sleep consultation with James he arranged for my Pillow to be sent which is tailored to your size. I suffer with pain in my shoulder and neck due to poor posture, whilst it took me a few nights to get used to my new pillow, I have noticed a big improvement in my posture and reduction in pain.
