This isn't the first specialist pillow I've tried and was struggling to find the right one. As I didn't quite fit into the quiz catagories, the owner James had a video chat with me to discuss which pillow would be best. It took me a while to get used to it but as a side sleeper it seems to be the right height and support. Only downside is the chemically smell when you first unpack it does stick around for quite a while. Overall my neck and shoulder pain seems to have subsided so I'm happy with my purchase.
