I’ve suffered from neck pain for years and I’ve put it down to everything, including wondering whether it’s due to my head being too heavy. I am fully blown away by how years of pain have suddenly been reduced to almost nothing with a pillow. Would definitely recommend the pillow between the knees and ankles trick too, I now experience zero hip pain.
