Absolutely love the pillows, I have the medium and my husband has the large. Only improve would be the length of the pillows are smaller than standard size. so there is a big gap between the pillow and so if you turn around on the pillow you are at the edge of the pillow. Which means having to either pull the pillow along or shuffle your body. And pillow cases don't fit nicely Thank you
