Initially purchased for my husband but he found it slightly too firm. Having tried many different pillows myself and always preferring a slightly softer one I’ve always found I wake up to adjust my pillow or find my head /neck in an uncomfortable position. After using the back sleeper pillow myself for a few nights it quickly benefitted my neck and shoulder niggles and removed the need to manipulate my pillow, so has helped to provide a more comfortable nights sleep. My husband is considering trying the side sleeper pillow and bearing with it for a week or two in the hope he gets used to the slightly firmer feel after seeing the benefits I’ve had.
