I'm a back sleeper and suffer from sleep apnoea. So I bought a pillow one size larger than recommend to help me practice sleeping on my side. So far, I have had moderate success with changing my sleeping habit, but I must say the pillow is really incredible. It felt a bit strange for the first few nights, but I got used to it.
