I think it's alright. It's basically very hard foam. I've found it difficult to sleep on the side for the whole night as they say. I tried the XL and the L pillow (I am 1.92cm and 105kg), but I can't sleep on my back on those without hurting my neck. So i use the pillow when i am working from bed.
