Website is easy to navigate, delivery was prompt and the pillow comes well - and sustainably - packaged.
A nice touch was an email a week or is after the pillow arrived from the Company CEO, asking how I was getting on with it. We then had a brief email conversation and I get the impression that this is a small company with a great product who know that their success is dependent on having satisfied customers who are delighted by their experience and willing to do what I’m doing - evangelise about their product.
Very impressed.
