So I was a little sceptical but I thought I had nothing to lose. For the last 15 years consistently slept no more than 2 to 4 hrs a night. I have several health issues that are compounded by a lack of quality sleep. To say the Levite’s pillow has been a game changer is an understatement. I now consistently sleep 5 to 7 hrs a night and my general health has improved considerably.
