I have the pillow as well as the mattress and would say that the quality of my sleep has been much better since I switched over. I sleep deeper and wake up with less neck and back pain so it's a 5 Star review from me. Would recommend you get the pillow too as the placement of the neck whilst sleeping can have a huge impact on neck and shoulder pain. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
