I don't know what magic the Levitex team have in their pillow size finder - I took their recommendation in purchasing a Large pillow when I thought I should have been an XL and I've had all neck pains and sleep issues disappear in a week. The pillow stays cool and hasn't lost it's shape in two months of constant use, highly recommended to anyone with sleep and posture issues!
