It took some time for me to get used to such a low pillow, but once I did so, it did provide some relief from my back pain and all of my neck and shoulder pain disappeared. I am diabetic and suffer from neuropathic pain and so I would not expect improved sleep posture to cure all of this. I have now started on a new medication for neuropathic pain and now find myself able to sleep on my side again with my Levitex pillow, without significant pain. I have just had two nights of the most relaxing sleep for several years.
