I actually bought this pillow for my husband to reduce his snoring.Not only has it improved his snoring it has improved his back issues and he wakes refreshed after a much better nights sleep.I have since ordered two more pillows for other family members and will be ordering myself one too.I cannot recommend them enough to anyone with any kind of sleep issues
