Initially I bought a pillow that was too big for me. The customer service was great and they sent me out the smaller size. All the process was easy and fast.
The only issue was that I couldn’t get through on the phone. I didn’t bother leaving a message. They still rang me back because they had a missed call. No other company would do that.
10/10 would recommend.
My current mattress is only 18m old. When I’m due to change, I’ll certainly be buying from LEVITEX.
