Improved my sleep drastically. The first week I began having dreams again, I know it sounds crazy but I was not able to remember any dreams or have any during my time without this pillow. It's improved my sleep health so much and I have no back pain or neck pain anymore. Everywhere I go and sleep comes into the conversation I always recommend you guys. As soon as I have more money I'm getting another one.
