Great service from Levitex team however the Product rates 2 stars for the following reasons Firstly the PROs - 1. Great range of pillow sizes to get one which is the right heigh to provide the right support 2. Great comfort in term of the right amount of softness & support Now for the NEGATIVES - The reason this product does not get 5 stars is because the foam does not dissipate your body heat and as such it is very hot, leading to a sweaty head ! If the pillow could be more porous to allow airflow or contain some heat conducting material to resolve this issue it would be 5 stars and I would be straight out to buy a mattress if it had the same technology. If the heat build up issue could be engineered out during a second iteration of a product improvement I would certainly want to buy one as apart from the heat issue it would be perfect.
