Unfortunately I’ve noticed no positive difference in my sleep; I’m more uncomfortable on waking despite giving it a couple of weeks and I’m informed my snoring is, if anything, worse. Very disappointing as I was really hoping for a solution to my snoring. I sleep on my back, front and side.
