I used to suffer from some pain in my neck and shoulder on the side that I sleep. Since getting the Levitex 12cm pillow for side sleepers this pain has gone away. I still have a slight issue where I will occasionally roll onto my back and then I will get pain elsewhere, however, James was great and gave me some advice on how to prevent this, and the long term, probably requires a change in mattress. Overall, I'm sleeping well, I find the pillow to be very comfortable and my pain has gone.
